Willis Re Australia has lost a Supreme Court case against its former Asia-Pacific president Mike Harden after the executive resigned for rival Guy Carpenter in June last year.

The company alleged that Harden had solicited other staff members to join him at Guy Carpenter, as well as attempting to convince clients to move their accounts.
