Aon has appointed Tracie Thompson as chief broking officer for EMEA, excluding the UK, as the broker continues to reshuffle executive roles for the region.

Thompson will report to global chief broking officer Hugo Wegbrans and Eduardo Dávila, who has just taken on a new role as CEO of commercial risk, health and affinity in EMEA excluding the UK.
