Hiscox reaches £5.2mn Covid BI settlement with UK night clubs

Hiscox has reached a £5.2mn ($7.2mn) settlement with late-night leisure insurance broker NDML and the Night-Time Industries Association (NTIA) over UK Covid-19 BI claims.

Under the terms of the agreement, 72 claimants in the UK’s leisure and hospitality industry are to receive an average settlement of about £73,000 each.
