Aston Lark reports underlying Ebitda rise of 22%, as acquisitions accelerate

Goldman Sachs-backed broker consolidator Aston Lark has reported underlying Ebitda growth of 22% for 2020, while revenue increased 28% to £91.7mn ($127.4mn) last year.

The business published today its first full year of financial results since the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs closed the purchase of its majority stake in September 2019.
