Mosaic Insurance enters US transactional liability market

Lloyd’s business Mosaic Insurance has begun underwriting US M&A insurance risks, following the arrival of Willis Towers Watson’s William Monat as global head of M&A in April.

The transaction liability team also includes former AIG underwriter Stavan Desai as senior vice president and Katherine Spenner, previously CUO for M&A at Everest Insurance.
