Tokio Marine HCC bolsters professional risks team

Tokio Marine HCC International has appointed former Hiscox head of central underwriting Matthew Clayton and Kelliher head of professional indemnity Ross Thompson as senior underwriters for its professional risks team, as it looks to grow its presence within the UK broking market.

The carrier has also hired Jonathan Olle as senior media property and liability underwriter.

Tokio Marine HHC said the three will have the “remit to deliver continued growth in their portfolio and develop the overall proposition”.
