MGA Rokstone has become the latest player to bring new capacity to the cargo market, launching an $18mn facility headed up by experienced underwriter Robert Birchard.

The facility will write global facultative general cargo business backed by A-rated global carriers and include a $5mn facility for select niche cargo treaties.
