Charles Fenton has succeeded Hugo Wynn-Williams as chairman of Thomas Miller at the firm’s AGM, where an annual report showing the insurer hit its 2020 profit target was shared with current and former staff.

After 12 years leading the board, Wynn-Williams will now retain a consultancy role as president of Thomas Miller, supporting shipping mutuals and the specialty and professional services divisions.
