The owner of a Dublin hotel has launched legal proceedings in the Irish courts against RSA over its refusal to pay out a BI claim linked to Covid-19.

Premier Dale has sued RSA, as well as its broker Arachas Corporate Brokers, in a case that was admitted to the fast-track Commercial Court this week, The Irish Times reported.
