Aon shares slip slightly after DoJ’s lawsuit to block Willis merger

Shares in Aon slipped by over 4% yesterday after the US Department of Justice (DoJ) announced legal action to block the broker’s merger with Willis Towers Watson.

Shares in Aon were trading at $232.84 at close of US trading yesterday, down 4.4% on Wednesday, as the S&P 500 was trading down marginally at 0.04%.
