DoJ concerns around CRB remain in Aon-Willis merger: report

The US Department of Justice’s (DoJ’s) antitrust concerns around the Aon-Willis merger have not been fully addressed by the brokers’ recent spate of divestment plans, according to a report.

US M&A publication CTFN reported that DoJ staff working on the proposed merger still have concerns about the remedies proposed around the corporate risk and broking (CRB) business.
