Scor has settled its ongoing dispute with Barclays on “mutually acceptable terms”, bringing to a close another long-running lawsuit in relation to the Covéa saga.

Scor had launched civil proceedings against Barclays in the UK High Court in relation to its role as adviser to Covéa during its failed takeover of Scor, which the carrier alleged involved Barclays accepting confidential information about Scor.
