Lloyd’s has warned consistently under-performing syndicates they can expect even more muscular supervision as the Corporation looks to accelerate its shift to differentiated oversight.

In his first press event after joining the Corporation, chief of markets Patrick Tiernan warned that continued underperformance will have "existential implications" for syndicates.
