Legacy specialist Darag has made several senior hires as it looks to broaden its capabilities and reach across Europe and North America.

At group level, Darag hired Alastair Lauder as chief actuary. The London-based executive was most recently syndicate actuary at Arch Managing Agency, where he oversaw the capital modelling and pricing for Syndicate 1955.
