UK High Court green-lights takeover of RSA by Intact, Tryg

The scheme of arrangement for the takeover of RSA by Tryg and Intact Financial Corporation has been sanctioned by the UK High Court.

RSA’s board agreed to the £7.2bn ($10.2bn) break-up deal in November last year. It involves Tryg paying £4.2bn cash and Intact £3bn.
