Acrisure has agreed to buy Italy’s Double S Insurance Broker with a view to using the Sardinian retail business as a second European M&A platform.

Double S operates in vehicle fleet management and industrial risks as well as employee benefits and consultancy services, and is run by CEO and president Stefano Sardara.
