Axa XL has appointed Piers Tuggey as its permanent head of cyber, UK and the Lloyd’s market.

He had held the role on an interim basis since December.

Tuggey has been a long-serving executive, having worked at predecessor entities Catlin and XL Catlin before becoming part of Axa XL in 2018.
