Correction: Electronics to be examined in Guy Carp/Howden defection case

Former Guy Carpenter staff have agreed to submit their laptops and phones for forensic imaging in an ongoing legal action against them and their new employer Howden.

At a High Court hearing this morning before Mr Justice Murray, Guy Carpenter’s QC Daniel Oudkerk confirmed that defendants Vijay Mavani, Molly Wyatt, William Abbott and Gayle Scott will submit confidential information and personal electronics to be searched.
