Twenty-seven firms from the insurance and long-term savings sector have signed a new Association of British Insurers’ (ABI) charter to facilitate flexible and part-time working and job sharing for a majority of roles.

The Making Flexible Work Charter aims to meet the changing expectations of employees post-pandemic whilst also improving gender equality and talent retention.
