A team in the region of 30 employees from Willis Towers Watson’s cyber business have been ringfenced for divestment as part of the Aon-Willis remedy package outlined by the European Commission, this publication understands.

After this publication broke the news in early April that elements of the Willis cyber business were in scope for divestment, further detail on the specifics of the EC cyber remedy package can now be revealed.
