Ardonagh’s SME broking platform Ardonagh Advisory has hired Phil Bayles from Aviva to the newly created role of chief commercial officer.

He will report to Ardonagh Advisory CEO Rob Worrell and will work closely with Jaime Swindle, managing director of networks.
