Axa has appointed former Belgium CEO Jef Van In as group innovation officer and Axa Next CEO from July.

He will report to Axa Europe CEO Antimo Perretta and replaces Delphine Maisonneuve, who has taken on a role outside of Axa after about 30 years with the business.
