‘Continued gloom’ for energy liability insureds as hard market persists: Willis

The energy liability market remains “truly hard”, where capacity above a certain limit is effectively unavailable at any price, according to Willis Towers Watson.

In its latest Energy Market Review, the broker noted that theoretical capacity has continued to fall, now standing at around $3bn – compared with $3.2bn
