Downstream energy becoming ‘two-tier market’: Willis

A two-tiered market has emerged in downstream energy despite slightly improved performance over the last year, according to Willis Towers Watson.

In its latest Energy Market Review, the broker said rate increases for clean risks were in the 12.5%-20% range, while increases for more loss-impacted risks were 25%-40%.
