Debbie Hobbs, practice leader for London at cyber MGA EmergIn Risk, is to join Miller as head of cyber, technology and media, Insurance Insider has learned.

Hobbs has led the London unit of the MGA, part of the RSG Underwriting Managers stable, since 2018 but been with the business since its inception.
