Zurich has been accused in two High Court cases of signing off dangerous housing as safe without proper process, according to a report.

The Sunday Times reported two court cases involving hundreds of thousands of flats in Bradford and Swansea, in which owners allege Zurich issued new-build warranty cover notes without full inspections.
