More than 30 years after co-founding the company, Randall & Quilter (R&Q) executive chairman and co-founder Ken Randall has retired, as planned, with William Spiegel taking up the leadership of the business.

The change in leadership was announced in July last year, and also means Randall will no longer be a director of the company.
