Ardonagh boosts 2020 Ebitda by 68% to £308mn

The Ardonagh Group reported pro forma adjusted Ebitda of £308mn ($421mn) for 2020, up 68% from the prior year, as it issued a presentation laying out next steps to take the group up to a £370mn-£410mn range.

The distribution group, which owns businesses including Price Forbes, Bishopsgate, Towergate and Geo, reported pro forma income of £836mn ($1.14bn),
