The insurance industry should see “slow but sustained change” from InsurTech over the next couple of years, as read across from 2020 in terms of innovation is quite limited, according to insurance management consultant Oxbow Partners

In its fourth InsurTech impact report, which selects 25 companies that “have traction and potential for incumbents”, Oxbow said that whilst 2020 was a “great leap forward” in some respects, it had not led to significant innovation in insurance.
