Institutional investor Aegon has disclosed a 5.21% stake in reinsurance start-up Conduit Holdings after crossing the 5% threshold, triggering a stock exchange announcement.

S&P Global data suggests this position makes it the fourth-largest shareholder after Odey Asset Management with 9.7%, Fidelity International with 9.2%
