Tokio Marine HCC International (TMHCCI) has hired former Lloyd’s chief technology officer Des Burke as its chief information officer (CIO).

Burke will report to specialty lines CUO Thibaud Hervy, and will be tasked with delivering a clear technology strategy for the carrier.
