D&O start-up Rising Edge has appointed former Axa XL client and country management CEO Kelly Lyles as non-executive chair of its board.

MGA Rising Edge was founded by former Axa XL underwriters Philippe Gouraud and Yoel Brightman, amid rapid market hardening in D&O due to heightened losses.
