Softbank-backed Indian InsurTech PolicyBazaar has raised $75mn in a funding round led by the investment fund Falcon Edge Capital, according to a report on TechCrunch.

The InsurTech is in talks with bankers over an initial public offering in Mumbai that would value the business at around $3.5bn,
