Willis Towers Watson’s transactional risk leader in the US William Monat has resigned from the business and is set to join Mosaic as its global head of M&A insurance, this publication understands.

Monat has been with Willis for nearly a decade, joining to launch a transactional risk offering within its M&A team, working out of Chicago.
