Miller confirmed that former Aon broker Charlie Simpson has joined the firm as head of Bermuda, with further reinsurance and ILS hires on the way.

The move confirms an earlier report from this publication that Simpson was set to join the challenger firm, which is looking to expand under new owners Cinven and GIC.
