Axa names Gossett-Grainville to succeed Duverne as chairman

Axa has appointed lawyer and former government adviser Antoine Gosset-Grainville as chairman. He will succeed Denis Duverne when his term ends in April 2022.

The group said the appointment follows a comprehensive succession process led by its compensation and governance committee over the past two years.
