ECI-backed SME and corporate broking business Clear Group has agreed to acquire Coventry-based broker HIA International and Luker Rowe Chartered Insurance Brokers in Amersham.

The move comes after Clear Group acquired Brokerbility Holdings in September, lifting its premiums handled by more than 40%.
