QBE makes Harrison group CUO and Fresneau European insurance chief

QBE has appointed European insurance leader Sam Harrison group CUO, with Cécile Fresneau, executive director for the UK, taking his existing role.

A spokesperson said current CUO Jason Brown had been working out of London and was now relocating to Australia.
