Darag strikes retrospective quota-share with Protector

Legacy acquirer Darag has signed a retrospective quota-share agreement with Protector Forsikring in its second transaction with the Norwegian company.

Darag’s German subsidiary will assume over EUR180mn ($213.9mn) in booked reserves and when the deal closes provide reinsurance cover for Protector’s workers’ compensation book, which is underwritten in Norway and Denmark.
