Mosaic has confirmed it has started writing war, terrorism and political violence out of London and New York, with the team led by industry veteran Quentin Prebble.

The Mitch Blaser-led start-up will have a maximum capacity of $50mn for any one risk and can offer up to $250mn of syndicated capacity via its US operation.
