Helios falls short of £60mn target in share offering

Helios has raised £53mn from an equity offering, missing its target of £60mn, to fund an accelerated programme of investment in Lloyd’s limited liability vehicles (LLVs).

The investment company had already secured £43.8mn in conditional backing, including £20.8mn from ILS Capital Management and £20mn from Hudson Structured Capital Management, at a discounted £1.60
