Darag to acquire SunPoint from Fosun

Legacy acquirer Darag has agreed to buy SunPoint Holdings, the legacy business founded by Fosun in 2017.

The buyer’s latest deal is its first company acquisition in Bermuda since the 2019 launch of its operations on the island.
