Randall & Quilter (R&Q) has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Imperial Chemical Industries Insurance Company Limited (ICIICL). 

ICIICL is a Cayman Islands captive established in 2003 and has a residual book consisting primarily of US workers’ compensation and general liability claims.
