Haiti, Barbados, Saint Lucia and St Vincent and the Grenadines are set to receive a total of $8mn in additional payouts from the Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility (CCRIF) after Hurricane Matthew triggered their excess rainfall policies.
