Darag acquires Luxembourg motor writer Arisa

Darag has acquired Luxembourg-based auto and travel insurer Arisa Assurances via the legacy carrier’s German entity. 

Arisa, a subsidiary of ADAC Versicherung AG, mainly writes third-party motor liability business.
