Canopius has hired senior Sompo International executive Lisa Davis as US president and CUO as part of plans to build its presence in that market.  

On stepping into the role next month Davis will oversee all Canopius’ US operations, which include Chicago-based Canopius US Insurance and Canopius Underwriting Agency in New York. She
