Benfield appoints Ex-RenRe president

Benfield Group Ltd has appointed former RennaisanceRe president Bill Riker as a non-executive director.

Riker, who was most recently president and chief underwriting officer at RenaissanceRe, will take up his new role from 1 September 2008.
