UK-based Compre Holdings Ltd has acquired two of Sweden-based Länsförsäkringar AB’s reinsurance subsidiaries in run-off – Stockholm Reinsurance Company Ltd and Wasa International Insurance Company Ltd – which have combined technical reserves of approximately EUR57mn.
