Former Aviva CEO Mark Wilson has launched InsurTech venture Abacai Holdings with backing from Sun Capital Partners to target the UK motor insurance market.
The build on Sun Capital-owned Complete Cover Group, with Abacai investing £50mn ($71mn) in creating a new AI platform.
