Dual Italia completes Synkronos acquisition

Hyperion-owned MGA Dual group has completed its acquisition of Milan-headquartered specialty insurer Synkronos.

Dual Italia has purchased 100 percent of Synkronos’s capital for an undisclosed sum, The Insurance Insider understands.
